This dashboard was co-created with Stockton residents, the Conway Homes Resident Council, Stockton Scholars,
SEED program staff, research staff from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville College of Social Work and the University
of Pennsylvania, School of Social Policy & Practice, Dr. Stacia West, and Dr. Amy Castro Baker. Community-based
research feedback was also provided by participants in the United for a Fair Economy Participatory Action Research Group,
Delta Community College students, and countless others who contributed along the way. The data shown on this dashboard are
part of an external evaluation of SEED. The Focus Card and spending data are provided by Community Financial Resources.
Funding for this evaluation is provided by the Evidence for Action program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
SEED is fully philanthropically funded, and no taxpayer dollars are being used to support the demonstration.
